SCU/PCU Nurse Manager

Responsible for the direction of patient care and managment of staff in the Special Care Unit and Progressive Care Unit.  Consults with staff, physicians and Administration on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met.  Maintains performance improvement activiities within the department and participates in Customer Satisfaction Improvement teams.  Responsible for preparing and adhering to the departmental budget.
